Our Mission is to touch the lives of people by creating greater awareness on sexual harassment at the workplace and cybercrime related issues.

Our Vision is to impart knowledge to persons on issues of gender bias, sexual harassment and cyber-safety and thus create a safer world for all.

About Founder -
Dr. Sandya Advani

Over 35 years of experience in Administration and Facilities Management with experience in
multiple domains – Travel, IT, BPO, Aviation, Education etc.

Retired as Director, Administration and Facilities from Accelya Kale Solutions Limited in March 2019. POSH Systems is a proprietary firm set up by Dr. Advani post-retirement.

Our Story

In 2017, a security guard lost his job for an act committed out of ignorance of the laws relating to sexual harassment. At that time, all POSH trainings were conducted in English. Dr Advani realised that support staff would understand Hindi better. She volunteered and conducted training for Security guards, Housekeeping staff, Pantry boys, Electricians etc in Hindi. The response was overwhelming.

What Drives Us

What started in 2017, as a voluntary experiment, became a passion and the path towards the future. Dr. Sandya conducted training for various offices across India. Simultaneously she built up her skills by undergoing Train the Trainer programs and pursued Executive certifications in POSH. Dr. Advani retired as Director, Administration and Facilities from Accelya Kale Solutions Limited in March 2019.

The Journey begins

POSH Systems.com was founded on 22/6/2019. The purpose was to continue the work she had commenced and follow her passion of making a difference to the lives of women by generating awareness on the laws relating to prevention of sexual harassment.

Our Belief

We firmly believe that proper employee sensitization leads to reduction of complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace. Dr Advani is empanelled with 30+ companies as an External Member. In 2021, Dr Advani was appointed as Council Member in the Maharashtra Anti- Sexual Harassment Council in Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry-WICCI. Dr Advani is frequently invited as a Speaker on multiple forums.

About Cyber Safety Training

The Covid-19 situation led to almost all employees working from home. It brought with it an increase in sexual harassment in work from home scenarios and in cybercrimes. The need of the hour was to educate persons at all levels on cyber safety and cybersecurity.
This is why it is important to create awareness regarding virtual sexual
harassment in personal and professional life. Online sexual harassment is
covered in all our modules.
