This audit will check

  • Audit of POSH Policy to ensure it complies with the provisions of the Act.
  • Analysis of existing processes to check level of compliance to the provisions of section 19 of Sexual Harassment of Women at the workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.
  • Guidance for safer workplaces– To provide guidance for implementation of best practices to make workplace safer.
  • Survey carried out to check awareness level of employees and staff with respect to POSH.
  • Facility Audit to identify gaps which can be bridged to create safer workplaces.
  • Audit of Client and Vendor contracts for POSH Compliance.
  • Availability of information– Best practices to be followed to ensure availability of updated information when requested by Internal Committee.
  • Readiness of Company to face Inspections – Readiness of Company to provide information and handle POSH inspections as provided u/s 25
