It is said that certain incidents in life change the trajectory of one’s life.

In 2017, a security guard lost his job for an act committed out of ignorance of the laws relating to sexual harassment. At that time, all POSH trainings were conducted in English. Dr Advani realised that support staff would understand Hindi better. She volunteered and conducted training for Security guards, Housekeeping staff, Pantry boys, Electricians etc in Hindi. The response was overwhelming.

What started in 2017, as a voluntary experiment, became a passion and the path towards the future. Dr. Sandya conducted training for various offices across India. Simultaneously she built up her skills by undergoing Train the Trainer programs and pursued Executive certifications in POSH. Dr. Advani retired as Director, Administration and Facilities from Accelya Kale Solutions Limited in March 2019.

POSH Systems.com was founded on 22/6/2019. The purpose was to continue the work she had commenced and follow her passion of making a difference to the lives of women by generating awareness on the laws relating to prevention of sexual harassment.

Dr Advani firmly believes that proper employee sensitization leads to reduction of complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace.

Work experience:

Over 30 years of experience as an Admin and Facilities Management Professional with experience in multiple domains – Travel, IT, BPO, Aviation, Education etc. Retired as Director, Administration and Facilities from Accelya Kale Solutions Limited.

Experience with POSH:
  • POSH Setup - Drafting of Policy, Creation of posters, formation of Internal Committee.
  • Training - Conducting POSH trainings for 4600 employees and vendor staff including skill building for the Internal Committee
  • Empanelment as External Member of the Internal Committee
  • Complaint Redressal and Report writing
  • POSH Consultation and guidance provided to men and women
  • POSH Audit

Work experience:

Pradnesh Kamat is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduate. He has 20 years of experience as a Legal and Compliance professional. He has previously worked with organizations like Bayer, Mondelez and Nokia as compliance Officer.

Experience with POSH:
  • Conducted POSH trainings in English, Hindi and Marathi for more than 5000 employees
  • Empanelled as an External member of IC and handled multiple POSH cases
  • Conducting workshops on Investigation skills to handle all types of investigations including SH cases
Advisory services :
  • Advising management and HR on best practices
  • Drafting of Policy, Report, Code of Conduct, Disciplinary guidelines
  • Creating speak culture within organization to encourage whistle blowing
  • Handling compliance and Integrity related matters to improve compliance culture within the organization.
